Requirements Required Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing. ? Ability to work independently on a hybrid schedule in our Matawan, NJ office. ? Previous work within integrative mental health teams is a plus.
• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred. ? Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, families, and kids. ? Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Family Systems Therapy
• Trauma-Informed Care
• Mindfulness-Based Interventions
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
