Qualifications:

• Valid VA Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) License preferred
• Special Education classroom experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in K–12 with behavioral and academic support per Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies designed by educational and behavioral professionals

• Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other specialists
• Adapt support to student needs and participate in team meetings as required
