Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a caregiving role.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and support strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Support clients in developing and maintaining social skills through community engagement and recreational activities.
• Implement individualized care plans and monitor client progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Document client interactions and progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to coordinate care and advocate for clients' needs.
