Clinical Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role
Were seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Supply Chain Specialist to support clinical trials by managing supplies, logistics, and inventory across study sites. This role is critical to ensuring materials are delivered on time, compliant, and fully traceable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical trial inventory and site supply levels
- Coordinate shipping/logistics (including cold chain and IATA compliance)
- Prepare and distribute study materials and kits
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or temperature issues
- Maintain documentation for GCP/GDP compliance
- Partner with Clinical Ops, vendors, and sites to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications
- Associates degree, Bachelors degree or higher preferred
- Clinical supply chain experience required
- Experience in clinical research field; in vitro diagnostics experience is preferred
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and IATA regulations
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
