Global PLM Functional Lead - MBSE & CAD Solutions

Key Responsibilities Lead Functional PLM deployment, Mechasoftronic Product Platform Integration across different Engineering desciplines Define and optimize PLM processes across the product lifecycle (concept to retirement) mainly for Product platforms across globe Work closely with Engineering, Process, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT teams to align PLM solutions with business needs 3D Experience Functional Support on PLM / CAD systems ( 3D Experience) Manage to support platform teams (Develop the methodology across Product lifecycle ( Requirement managment, Model based Functions, logical / physical architecture and Product development during project life time) Transform the Business requirements from project teams to functional solutions (Process Maps, User stories, Methodologies, Best practices, End user coaching and support project teams) Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with organizational standards Provide Functional Expert guidance to platform / project team members Act as a subject matter expert for PLM-related issues and best practices Support change management, user training, and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in PLM functional implementation and support Strong expertise in one or more R&D applications like ALM, MBSE Tools, Mechanical / Electronic CAD Tools Solid understanding of product development processes, BOM management, and engineering change management Experience with system integration (MBSE, CAD, ERP, MES, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a global environment Experience working with automotive, aerospace or heavy engineering enterprise is an added advantage Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automobile, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr netwalk GmbH
