We have partnered with a national property management company who is looking for Administrative help for a 170 unit apartment complex in Sharon Hill

The company is in need of someone with a minimum of 1 year experience with affordable housing tenants and will pay $23/hour with a schedule of 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri.

Must/should have relevant experience working with groups, setting up appointments, scheduling transportation, planning events, etc.

The primary function of the position is to effectively assist residents with information about access to enhanced supportive services and resources that will assist in providing quality daily living as a resident at our community.
This is an integral part of the housing management team and plays a critical role in the overall positive maintenance of the property for the peaceful enjoyment of its residents and the overall climate of respect for their community.
The Coordinator provides support and lease education to residents regarding issues that may affect their tenancy, coordinates programs and oversees resident targeted programs.
The individual creates programs coordinated to help build a healthy housing community and strengthen connections between residents, management and the local community.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources including entitlement programs, supportive services, local social service system or the proven ability to quickly develop such knowledge.
• Ability to identify, assess, select and develop and maintain community service referral partnerships.
• Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully working with diverse populations.
• Competent computer and technology skills.
• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, be responsible, detailed oriented and self sufficient.

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
