Registered Nurse (RN)
The Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square, a premier healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. Your primary duties will include assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes. Your passion for delivering compassionate care and commitment to excellence will be evident in your work as you strive to exceed patient expectations and improve overall care quality.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized, patient-centered care to residents and patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
