How You'll Contribute Greet and check in patients; manage front desk and patient flow throughout the day Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures, including ultrasound-guided treatments Record vitals, update medical histories, and accurately document in the EMR Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care Collect payments at time of service and deliver financial packets as instructed by Treatment Plan Coordinators or the financial team Verify insurance eligibility and ensure all paperwork is properly completed Maintain clinical and front office supplies; ensure all rooms are clean and well-stocked Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all internal protocols Handle confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion Support internal coordination between clinical and administrative teams Participate in team trainings and ongoing process improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned by the department lead/manager Perks & Benefits Health, Vision, Dental, Paid Holidays and PTO, FSA, HSA, 401k, Competitive Compensation with $4,000 Bonus Potential Who We Are, What We Stand For Founded in 2017 by Dr. Allyson Shrikhande and Dr. Gautam Shrikhande, PRM is a physician-led healthcare company dedicated to transforming care for patients suffering from persistent pelvic pain—a condition that affects 15% of women and 10% of men, yet remains widely misunderstood and untreated. Requirements What Makes You a Great Fit Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent) High School Diploma or GED or Associate degree Proven working experience as a medical assistant Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures Knowledge of medical terminology Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and service oriented Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and trained to assist with patient transfers and support Able to stand or sit for long durations of time Strong computer skills with EMRs, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine
