- Preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns (individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts-you name it)
- Diving into tax research and translating the technical into clear, actionable insights
- Supporting the management of client engagements, including planning and supervising staff
- Identifying tax planning strategies and helping implement them
- Building trusted relationships with clients and collaborating closely with your team
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting (or a related field)
- CPA license (or actively pursuing it)
- 2-5 years of hands-on tax experience in public accounting
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with modern tax software and tech tools
