Education Research Frontend Developer SLATE

Salary: $139,000 - 179,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a bachelors degree or higher in graphic arts/design, visual communication, user interface/user experience design, web development, or a related discipline.
• We need at least 2 years of professional experience in a client-facing graphic/web designer or web developer role.
• We require advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• We expect demonstrated skill in creating high-fidelity prototypes in Sketch, Figma, or similar prototyping tools, with an understanding of user flows and interactive UI/UX elements.
• We require proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Preferred experience includes coding within Slate CRM or comparable CRM platforms.
• Preferred experience includes server-side CSS preprocessing tools such as SASS.
• Preferred knowledge of the Bootstrap framework or similar front-end frameworks.
• Preferred knowledge of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Preferred understanding of WCAG and accessibility standards, with the ability to build in line with them.
• Familiarity with WordPress CMS is preferred.

• We work closely with clients on project delivery, with a strong emphasis on direct client interaction.
• We manage project activities, adapting our approach to the size, scope, and demands of each engagement.
• We conduct in-depth data analysis and identify the key insights and implications.
• We create compelling presentations that are ready for client review.
• We support client projects through strategy, implementation, and operational effectiveness initiatives.
• We help improve student outcomes, introduce new technologies, and align resources and investments for long-term sustainability.
