Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Local Routes | Home Daily | Company Vehicle Provided

Employment Solutions is hiring Delivery Drivers for a well-established beverage distribution company in Fletcher, NC. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and providing great customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable company.

This is more than just driving. You'll deliver products, stock shelves, build displays, and maintain strong relationships with retail customers throughout your assigned route.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company delivery truck on local routes
Deliver, unload, and stock beverage products at customer locations
Build and maintain attractive product displays
Rotate inventory and ensure shelves remain fully stocked
Pick up empty shells, pallets, and damaged products
Complete delivery documentation using a handheld device
Provide excellent customer service at every stop
Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and move heavier products with equipment assistance
Dependable with excellent attendance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Previous delivery driving, warehouse, merchandising, route sales, or stocking experience is a plus but not required
