Kitchen Design Administration - Leesport, PA

Century Kitchens, located in Eastern PA has an immediate Administrative Assistant position available. This role is intended to support the sales/design team, optimizing time and workflow for our builder sales division. Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with builder/construction managers to ensure accuracy of orders Assist sales team with customer quotes and requests Enter and submit customer sales orders Design kitchen and bath layouts for customers using 2020 design program Identify and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner Stay up to date with product features Provide attention to detail in fast paced working environment Qualifications Excellent data entry skills Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in the kitchen and bathroom design industry a preferred Proficient to advanced computer skills Prior 2020 3D Design or CAD experience helpful Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid sick time 401(k) with company match Employee discount Life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Centurycabinetry
