Job Description: My client is seeking an Engineering Sourcer to identify, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent to support critical hiring initiatives. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines for high-priority engineering positions. You will also leverage recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes. What You’ll Do Own and execute sourcing strategies across engineering roles, functions, and locations Proactively identify and engage high-caliber technical talent Stay current on technical hiring trends and competitive landscapes Track and analyze pipeline health, outreach performance, and conversion metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness What We’re Looking For Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach Proven relationship-building skills and collaborative approach Requirements At least 2 years experience sourcing or recruiting technical and engineering talent Strong written communication skills, including personalized outreach Proficiency with sourcing platforms and using market data to inform strategy Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr
