We are seeking a safety-focused Class A CDL Long-Haul Driver with a minimum of 2 years of professional tractor-trailer experience. Responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently across long distances while maintaining full compliance with federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• • Operate Equipment: Drive tractor-trailer combinations safely over long-haul routes.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all FMCSA and DOT safety regulations, hours-of-service rules, and weight limits.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the tractor and trailer.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic logging devices (ELDs) and documentation for DOT inspections and audits.
  • Cargo Handling: Ensure proper loading, weight distribution, and securement of freight before departure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR (Over-the-Road) or long-haul tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Safety Record: Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and stable safety history.
  • Medical Card: Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate and ability to pass regular drug screenings.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with ELDs, GPS routing, and conducting official DOT inspection protocols.
