Learn more about the team and the work you could do at: Who You Are You are a high performer with 3‑5 years of experience with the following: Products Liability Litigation (required); Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery; Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews; Managing document collection, review, and production; Causation and/or failure analysis; Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings. You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team‑oriented attitude. You are an active member of the California, Colorado, Washington or New York Bar.
