Our guiding principles which include: People First Always, We Exist to Serve Our Members, We Have a Responsibility to be Full Family‑owned company A 40 bed skilled nursing facility which offers a better staff‑to‑patient ratio Shift hours/schedules Flexible scheduling with rotating two week track schedule 1st shift: 7am-7pm 3rd shift: 7pm-7am Rotating weekends (every other weekend) Job Responsibilities Provides hands on resident care, proper and timely administration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal and written reports and rapid response to any/all emergency situations. Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments. Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided. Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed. Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. Assists with in‑service and on the job training and mentoring of Team Members. Participates in and attends all required in‑service training and education programs as scheduled. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid Four‑year college or university degree desired, not required 1‑2 years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
