Our organization is currently in search of a full-time Allergist to join our faculty team at the Icahn School of Medicine, affiliated with a prominent healthcare system. We are eager to welcome a dedicated physician who is passionate about serving an urban, ethnically diverse, and underserved community within a vibrant and supportive academic environment. The facility is conveniently reachable via public transport and is accessible by car from various locations across New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island.

The selected physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of allergic conditions and immune disorders. They will benefit from an established referral network and will play a key role in expanding the allergy service line. Our goal is to deliver exceptional, patient-centered healthcare to our diverse patient population.

Applicants must possess an MD or DO degree, have completed a fellowship in Allergy/Immunology, and hold board certification in Otolaryngology. A valid New York State medical license, DEA registration, and Medicaid number are also required. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in both research and clinical operations, as there are numerous opportunities for program development and career advancement. Strong clinical skills, teaching experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. Experience in academic medical centers and/or public health systems is preferred.

We provide a faculty appointment at the Icahn School of Medicine that aligns with the candidate's credentials, experience, and qualifications. The starting compensation is $250,000, which includes faculty practice distributions throughout the academic year.
