Assembler
We are seeking dependable, detailoriented Assembly Technicians to perform firststage assembly of manufactured products in a production environment. This role involves using hand and power tools to assemble components while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. Ideal candidates enjoy handson work and take pride in producing consistent, highquality results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble product components using hand and power tools
  • Operate general production and manufacturing equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
  • Measure, align, and fit parts to established specifications
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments
  • Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools in an industrial setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing, construction, general labor, farming, or a related handson field
Additional Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
  • Previous machine or equipment operation experience is a plus but not required
  • Packaging or materialhandling experience is beneficial
Available Shifts
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM
    • Possible Friday overtime
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 7:30 PM-6:00 AM
    • Possible Friday overtime
Workplace Environment

Work in a structured manufacturing environment with modern equipment, good ventilation, and proper lighting. Required safety equipment includes steeltoed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection (provided where applicable). Jeans or shorts may be worn during warmer months.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
