Recruiter

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our property management portfolio, including leasing, property management, accounting/finance, and maintenance roles. This role will also provide hands‑on support for HR projects and new‑hire onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional who is eager to build a long‑term career in Recruiting and Human Resources. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Support the full-cycle recruiting process from initial resume review to delivering offers for all positions Post job openings and manage applicant flow in the ATS (Spark Hire) Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication Assist with offers and pre‑employment processes Onboarding & HR Support Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation Support HR projects, reporting, and employee file maintenance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience Strong interest in pursuing a career in Recruiting/HR Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
