Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Mechanical Assembly: Build tube bundles, heat exchangers, fan assemblies, motors, pumps, and structural frameworks according to engineering specifications.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and process instructions.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate pneumatic tools, power drills, rivet guns, hoists, or cranes.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for alignment, correct fit, and defects, reporting missing or damaged components.
- Testing: Help perform basic pressure, rotary balance, or functional tests on completed cooling units.
- Safety & Maintenance: Follow strict OSHA and company safety rules, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keep work areas clean.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience (HVAC or heat exchangers preferred).
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination, and basic math skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs. #ZR
