PROMAN Staffing is seeking a dependable Industrial Custodian for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity located in Festus, MO. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while assisting with general facility upkeep and maintenance support.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Attendance Requirement: Must have excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain production, warehouse, office, and common areas
• Remove trash and debris throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize designated workspaces
• Assist with general facility maintenance projects
• Support the Maintenance Manager as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Excellent attendance is required
• Prior custodial, janitorial, industrial cleaning, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work history
• High school diploma or GED preferred
