Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Telemetry

This is a 13-week contract position.

Cleveland, OH

Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Telemetry team. This role requires a strong background in Med/Surg telemetry and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Provide nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting.

Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Participate in patient and family education regarding care and treatments.

Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand.

Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.

Reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for.
