DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Show Stoppers isn't your typical restaurant—and we're not looking for a typical Director of Operations.

We're a growing, family-built dining and entertainment company where food, music, hospitality and people come together to create something special. Now we're looking for an experienced restaurant operator to help us build the next chapter.

THE ROLE

This is a builder's position.

You'll work alongside ownership to strengthen our current operation, develop leaders, create scalable systems and help build the operational foundation for future growth.

You'll have your hands in:

• Restaurant operations and profitability
• Food and labor cost management
• Systems, standards and accountability
• Manager development and team culture
• Training and guest experience
• Operational planning and future growth

This isn't a position for someone looking to inherit a polished corporate playbook.

We're looking for someone excited to help write it.

YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF...

You have significant restaurant leadership experience and know how to balance people, performance and profitability.

You've owned P&Ls, managed food and labor costs, developed managers, improved operations and built systems that actually work in the real world.

Multi-unit leadership, restaurant openings and growth experience are strongly preferred.

But experience alone isn't enough.

We're looking for someone who leads from the floor, builds trust, holds people accountable, solves problems and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
