Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide temporary staffing support during a transitional period due to ongoing staffing challenges. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal patient care while participating in the onboarding and support of new graduate nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Support the onboarding and development of new graduate nurses.
• Manage patient care demands while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to address staffing needs and patient care requirements.
• Maintain a flexible approach to floating between units as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care and manage varying patient volumes.
