ACCOUNTING OFFICE MANAGER

Terms I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States We are looking for a highly motivated Accounting Office Manager to help drive our operations forward. This role is more than just data entry—it’s about ensuring our financial health so we can focus on growth. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of our financial systems, streamline our processes, and provide the insights that help our leadership team make informed decisions. Accounting Office Manager Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable- Invoicing, Collections Accounts Payable- ACH Payments, Invoice Entry Process Weekly Payroll along with payroll tax disbursements Process Monthly Sales Tax along with Material Job Cost Process 1099?s; W2?s; Quarterly Payroll Taxes Preparation of financial reports, including balance sheet and income statement Assist with year-end audit and payment of taxes Perform other tasks as assigned Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Experience with Sage 100 is a plus Proficient Microsoft Office Self-motivated, organized, and detail-driven Ability to analyze data and produce reports Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures Ability to work independently and part of a team Education: Bachelors Experience: 4-7 years Qualifications: Skills Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Payroll experience Understanding of Accounting principles and procedures Strong Analytical, Verbal and Written communication skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) with Match (Profit Sharing Plan) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday - Work Location: In person Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
