Industrial Maintenance TechnicianShift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Pay Range: $26 to $30 per hourJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, and electrical systems, along with general maintenance skills. This role is responsible for ensuring the repair, upkeep, and functionality of plant equipment and facilities.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systemsPerform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building repairsConduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and increase efficiencyDiagnose and repair machinery and facility-related issuesWork safely and follow all plant safety procedures and protocolsMaintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activitiesPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Previous industrial maintenance experience requiredStrong knowledge of hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, and electrical systemsAbility to perform general plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenanceExperience with building maintenanceBonus Skills: Metal fabrication, concrete work, roofing, or HVAC experienceStable work history with a proven track record of reliabilityThis is a full-time, day-shift position with strong potential for long-term growth.
