SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have): Expert-level proficiency in Siebel Configuration, Web Tools, and Siebel Scripting Deep hands‑on expertise in Siebel EAI, Web Services, and REST services integration Advanced development experience with Siebel Open UI (JQuery, HTML5, CSS, and custom plugins) Proven experience with Siebel Workspace and Integration Workspace concepts Strong professional communication skills with a track record of direct client and stakeholder engagement Secondary (Good to Have): Proficiency in PL/SQL and Unix scripting for database and system administration Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular JS Demonstrated ability to design and develop enterprise solutions independently Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models Background in collaborating with distributed global teams and external vendors

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role requires a seasoned professional with over 8 years of specialized experience in Siebel architecture and hands‑on development. The successful candidate will act as a key technical authority, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust, scalable IT solutions. This is an onsite engagement focused on driving technical excellence and high‑impact delivery within an enterprise‑grade CRM environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end design and development of Siebel solutions, maintaining architectural integrity across all project phases Execute complex development tasks using Siebel Config, Web Tools, and Open UI, ensuring seamless performance and user experience Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT stakeholders, translating needs into technical specifications and delivering high‑quality results Manage integration points through Siebel EAI and REST services, ensuring system stability and data accuracy in distributed environments Provide hands‑on mentorship and collaborative leadership to the development team, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive work environment
