Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Oklahoma City, OK (onsite, hybrid) Pay: $80,000 - $95,000 / Annually depending on experience Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Job Description We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least two years of hands-on development experience to join a collaborative technical team. In this role, you will develop and customize ServiceNow applications, automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and support ongoing platform enhancements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications and custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Configure and customize workflows, forms, service catalogs, and user interface components. Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST and SOAP web services. Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions. Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices to ensure maintainable, high-quality code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews. Document system configurations, enhancements, and technical processes. Stay current on new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend platform improvements. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience developing within the ServiceNow platform. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS. Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Sensitive clearance. Additional Details Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus. Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), MetricBase, or MID Server configuration is preferred. Perks Opportunity to work on enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.
