Responsibilities include performing MRI procedures, (setting up, scanning and filming). The position also is responsible for communication with radiologists and other physicians, patients and their families, and other persons. Additional responsibilities include performing contrast injections, performing quality control and reporting tasks, maintaining day-to-day schedules, and assisting radiologist. Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technologist Training Program, Or Coursework/Training: MRI Technologist Training Program Washington Radiologic Technologist National Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Or National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists 2 years of sub-specialty MRI, Scanning, or Imaging experience.
