Influences Decisions: Ability to participate in discussions, process information, and contribute to decision making. *This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, NJ* Basic Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working with data management, data analytics and or governance Ability to design and recommend governance structures and control frameworks for the ongoing management of data Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for the remediation of data governance and quality issues Personal initiative to find opportunities, lead change, improve processes, and solve problems Advanced communication and influencing skills that can be used across a diverse audience, including senior management, which drive results without unnecessary conflict Associate Degree Preferred Qualifications Experience with DB PostgreSQL strongly preferred Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
