BMW Concierge Ambassador Bluegrass BMW – Powered by Watermark Auto Group Paducah, Kentucky Position Overview Bluegrass BMW is seeking an exceptional BMW Concierge Ambassador to help us deliver a luxury ownership experience that extends far beyond our dealership. Our Concierge Ambassador will serve BMW owners throughout Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois, Northwest Tennessee, Southeast Missouri, and surrounding communities, bringing the Bluegrass BMW experience directly to our customers’ homes and workplaces. This is much more than vehicle transportation. The Concierge Ambassador is a trusted, customer-facing representative of Bluegrass BMW and an important part of the ownership experience. Whether delivering a new BMW, picking up a vehicle for service, providing a BMW loaner, assisting with technology, or completing paperwork remotely, the goal is the same: Make every interaction convenient, personal, professional, and distinctly BMW. Key Responsibilities The BMW Concierge Ambassador will:

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service and other dealership needs.
• Coordinate the delivery and return of BMW loaner vehicles.
• Provide professional transportation solutions designed to make vehicle service as convenient as possible.
• Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers at their homes, workplaces, or other approved locations.
• Help make every vehicle delivery feel like an event—not simply a transaction.
• Assist customers with BMW technology setup, vehicle features, connectivity, and basic vehicle orientation.
• Facilitate remote paperwork and coordinate with dealership personnel to ensure documents are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with preliminary trade-in vehicles, including obtaining requested vehicle information, photographs, mileage, and condition details.
• Provide personalized follow-up with customers before and after deliveries, service appointments, and other concierge interactions.
• Handle customer vehicles, keys, documents, and personal information with discretion and exceptional care.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles involved in concierge deliveries.
• Represent Bluegrass BMW professionally throughout our regional market.

The Standard Our customers may meet the Concierge Ambassador in their driveway, at their office, or at their front door. In those moments, the Ambassador is Bluegrass BMW. Professional appearance, communication, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. Every customer should receive the same level of professionalism they would expect when walking into a BMW showroom. Concierge Ambassadors are expected to maintain:

• Exceptional communication and customer-service skills.

Automotive experience is helpful, but exceptional hospitality and customer-service instincts are equally important. Candidates with backgrounds in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, aviation, client services, executive transportation, or other premium customer-facing industries may be an excellent fit.
