Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in initial and ongoing review of clients’ needs.

• Provide recommendations regarding the appropriate frequency of supervisory visits.

• Assist in identifying changes in client condition that may require reassessment, referral, or a higher level of care.

• Review client safety concerns, falls, hospitalizations, and significant incidents.

• Communicate with clients, representatives, physicians, and other healthcare providers when appropriate and authorized.

• Assist in developing and reviewing aide service plans and client-specific instructions.

• Ensure caregivers are not assigned nursing tasks beyond their training, competency, or lawful scope.

Qualifications

The RN must:

• Hold a current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license permitting practice in Arkansas.
