IT Project Management Specialist Advisor

Position's General Duties and Tasks: Leading project manager for finance continuous improvement initiatives: This role is all about leading finance-related continuous improvement efforts, working with a team of project managers, and training newer PMs. Requires deep knowledge of legacy NTT Data ERP systems and strong leadership and communication skills to engage with senior leadership.Leading Legal Entity and Operating Company Integrations, as well as Post-Merger Integration initiatives: You will manage complex, cross-functional projects, train teams, and create a repeatable playbook for future integrations.Lead one of the regional engagements around application transformation: You will focus on a specific region’s transition to ATS while collaborating with the broader team.You’ll spend around 70 percent of your time executing complex projects directly, and 30 percent on coaching, mentoring junior PMs, and developing a repeatable playbook for future integrations.Requirements for this role include:Over 10 years of project management experience.Deep institutional knowledge of NTT Data Services, NTT LTD, or NTT EMEAL legacy processes, and business stakeholders.Strong experience with legacy ERP systems.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Comfort working with senior leadership and influencing without authority.Hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, especially legal entity, and operating company integrations.A cross-functional perspective, understanding the interplay between HR, finance, sales, IT, and other areas.Preferences:Experience leading regional application transformations, taking ownership of a region while contributing to team-wide goals.Prior experience in the finance organizationPosting Date:Department:IT PMO - 1440210012
