Mandan Warehouse Lead

Compensation:

• Possible Sign On Bonus
• $22-25/ hour depending on qualifications and assessments. Higher starting wage if you have special skills and experience beyond the normal supervisor warehouse duties.
• 3 first year reviews after 3-months, 6-months and 12 months or sooner with high performance.
• Monday – Friday
• Overtime opportunities as business needs require.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of 4-5 team members
• Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics processes
• Train and mentor staff on safety procedures, equipment operation, and internal systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (including OSHA) and company policies
• Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and transportation partners
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during shifts
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and DOT inspections for company vehicles

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods)
• Comfortable working at heights (picker forklift use required)
• Basic computer, smartphone, and handheld scanner experience preferred
• Prior Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain or currently hold a DOT Medical Card
• Prior Straight Truck delivery experience in 26ft truck, desired.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check required.
