Payroll Specialist / Manager

Job Description Job Description PAYROLL SPECIALIST Nationwide firm is seeking a full time individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. Excellent attention to detail in data entry and handling various aspects of employee file maintenance with accuracy. This would include direct deposit requests and a variety of garnishments, support orders, etc. Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as discretion and confidentiality in handling personal data. Review payroll hours in time keeping system and communicate issues or discrepancies with Managers. Knowledge of Attendance on Demand timekeeping and Paychex Flex a plus.
