Assistant General Counsel IV Agency: Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) – Office 452 Job type: Full‑time, Exempt (FLSA status) Salary: Commensurate with experience About the Position The incumbent will represent the agency, its Board, and agency personnel in legal proceedings and will be responsible for a wide array of legal issues, including employment law, constitutional law and civil rights, EMTALA, mental health law, department investigations, legislation, policies, ethics, and litigation in all state and federal courts and other tribunals.
