Integra LifeSciences seeks a Machinist Technician I to set up, operate, and maintain CNC and conventional machining equipment at its Mansfield, Massachusetts facility. The role involves producing precision parts according to specifications, inspecting quality, and supporting manufacturing operations in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment according to specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure quality compliance
- Perform basic machine adjustments, tool changes, and routine maintenance
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate issues to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of machining principles and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Basic mathematical calculation skills
- Previous machining or manufacturing experience preferred
Compensation: $23.28–$31.46 USD hourly
