Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant

About the Role

As a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant at Mullican Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care on weekends. You will assist our licensed nurses with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide vital support with medical procedures and treatments. Your warm and caring demeanor will help to create a comforting and reassuring environment for our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital support with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
• Ability to work a weekend schedule, with flexibility to work varying shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move patients with ease
