Position Overview The client located in McHenry, Illinois is seeking a Total Rewards Leader to join their team. Responsibilities Serve as a sole contributor and SME on Compensation and Benefits Responsible for benchmarking, compensation review, and putting together competitive offers Recommend engagement and retention strategies Manage the delivery of benefit and retirement programs Ensure compliance and manage HRIS modules for benefits and compensation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of compensation & benefits experience Background in a manufacturing industry desired Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $115,000 plus bonus and stock options. Medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, and tuition reimbursement available. Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates. This position is fully onsite.
