Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• Previous experience in a medical-surgical unit preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
