Registered Nurse - Surgical Center (Preoperative Care)We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Center team, specializing in preoperative care. This position requires expertise in surgical procedures, patient assessment, and charge nurse responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality preoperative care to ensure patient safety and comfort.Perform all necessary procedures, including IV placement and surgical preparations.Assist in scrubbing for surgeries as required.Participate in maintaining effective communication and teamwork among surgical staff.Coordinate care for patients undergoing same-day and overnight procedures.ScheduleThis is a full-time position offering 3 twelve-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts per week. Occasional midnight shifts may be required to support operational demands, and participation in a rotating weekend on-call schedule is necessary.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent RN license.BLS Certification required.Minimum experience in surgical care and preoperative processes.IV skills and experience with robotics preferred.Familiarity with Allscripts and EPIC preferred, as the facility is transitioning to EPIC on April 1.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
