Material Handler

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Forklift Operator Position in Hamilton OH. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Forklift Operator, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

· Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

· Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

· Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.

· Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.

· Weigh count containers as needed.

· Follow all pertinent safety regulations for self and others.

· Dispose of scrap in the containers provided and move scrap to its proper destination.

· Use hand held scanners for routing and receiving of product.

· Required to operate overhead crane.

· May be required to train any new employee assigned to the area.

· Computer knowledge

· Must be able to read tape measure

· Be familiar with each work center and assigned personnel including quality hold, scrap hold, warehousing staging and shipping staging areas.

Requirements:

· Forklift experience is required

· High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Details: $17.68 to $19.00 per hour
