Quality Inspector

Quality InspectorWe are seeking a talented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector is responsible for the following:Provides testing and inspection support to Supply Technologies branches.Record technical information, dimensional, mechanicals and performance testing.Provides technical support to internal customers as requested including drawing, specification review with interpretations.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities which includes creating customer sample submissions, i.e., PPAP, FAI, ISIR, etcPrepare the information needed for IMDS submissions.Responsible for inspection and testing equipment maintenance and calibration.Must Haves:Working experience with PPAP, FAI, ISIR and SPC charts.Knowledge of IMDS, REACH, RoHS and other compliance reports.Understand drawings, including GD&T and dimensional layouts.Proficient with metrology methods utilizing an array of inspection equipment.Knowledgeable in gage calibration.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.Proficient computer skillsProfessional manner and appearanceSelf-motivatedStrong interpersonal skillsTwo-year degree in related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
