Retail Sales Associate needed in Hillsdale for a Key Liquidation Store. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, stocking and organizing merchandise, assisting with inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.

Retail Sales Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 17.00 to $ 17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases and product inquiries.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process sales transactions.
• Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise.
• Price, label, and organize inventory.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including sweeping, dusting, and organizing work areas.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures as assigned.

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, customer service, or merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or supervising individuals preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Basic cash handling and computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and stock merchandise.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and organizational tasks.
