We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Master Service Technician to join our team in Hendersonville, NC. Job Details Salary: From $36 to $42 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792 Position Overview The Certified and Master Certified Service Technician services and repairs vehicles by following all established standards and procedures. This role may include conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet customer expectations and quality standards. The ideal candidate has dealer-level or large facility automotive experience and holds certifications such as those from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Excellent technical skills, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to perform hands-on work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing methods Maintain and improve technical knowledge through advanced training Perform vehicle service and repairs while maintaining cleanliness and safety Complete required documentation accurately and ensure compliance with all regulations Assist with maintaining the shop’s appearance, safety, and operational efficiency Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals Work Hours This is a full-time position with standard dealership hours. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
