Job Summary: Qlik is a data analytics platform that helps businesses make better decisions through advanced data integration, quality, and analytics. The Application Solution Lead (ASL) will align business strategy with technology solutions, focusing on Salesforce and NetSuite, while leading solution design and execution to drive digital transformation. Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and solution design by deeply understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities to automate, integrate, or optimize through enterprise platforms.
• Act as a cross-functional architect across Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, customer/partner portals, and data platforms (e.g., Qlik).
• Define and enforce scalable solution standards that leverage AI/ML, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and predictive analytics to reduce manual effort and increase real-time decision-making.
• Identify areas where generative AI or machine learning models (e.g., for forecasting, segmentation, personalization) can deliver measurable efficiency and accuracy gains.
• Analyze current-state platforms and workflows to recommend remediation, optimization, or strategic decommissioning.
• Own solution delivery across all phases—requirements, design, testing, and deployment—with a strong bias for velocity and simplicity.
• Partner with the IT PMO to manage project execution, ensuring solution quality, timeline alignment, and risk mitigation.
• Define KPIs to measure the impact of automation, AI/ML, and platform changes on business performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional, matrixed resources including internal platform owners, architects, developers, and vendor partners.
• Serve as the accountable leader for major enterprise application initiatives that span CRM, ERP, and data domains.
• Prepare to build and lead a growing team of solution consultants, systems analysts, and integration specialists.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and operational excellence.
• Shape the future-state enterprise application roadmap, incorporating AI/ML, low-code platforms, and process intelligence tools (e.g., Celonis, MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to anticipate disruption, align application investments, and surface high-impact use cases.
• Stay current on emerging tech (e.g., GPT-powered copilots, real-time data orchestration, autonomous finance) and develop actionable recommendations to drive digital acceleration.

Qualifications: Required:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application environments with significant experience designing and implementing solutions across Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud)
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application environments with significant experience designing and implementing solutions across NetSuite (Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
• Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks in enterprise use (e.g., Einstein, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)
• Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, and integration frameworks (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
• Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with RPA or intelligent automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Proven ability to bridge business processes with data and technology, delivering high-impact, low-friction solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-platform projects, integrating CRM, ERP, and analytics for operational efficiency.
• Strong storytelling, documentation, and executive engagement skills—able to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, ITIL, and hybrid project delivery models.
