RN – Long Term Care (Nights)

Facility: Michigan Masonic Home (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Location: Alma, MI
Department: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

• Duration: 13 Weeks

• Schedule: Variable Nights

• Shift: 6:00pm – 6:30am (12-hour shifts)

• Hours: 36 hrs/week guaranteed

• Every other weekend (EOW) required

• Holiday rotation (Group A / Group B schedule)

• $54 – $56 per hour

• Weekly Pay: $1,944 – $2,016/week

• Total beds: 86

• Units: 3 floors/halls

• Beds per unit: 32 / 32 / 22

• Average census: 78

• RN ratio: 1:18

• CNA ratio: 1:8

• Patient type: Long-Term Care residents

• Charting system: MATRIXCARE (Electronic)

• Scrubs: Blue or Black

• Active RN License required

• BLS Certification required

• LTC or Skilled Nursing Facility experience required

• Experience with electronic charting preferred (MATRIXCARE a plus)

• Night shift experience preferred

• Ability to manage high patient ratios required

• Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor and document patient conditions

• Collaborate with CNAs and care team

• Respond to changes in patient status

• Ensure resident safety and quality care

• Complete accurate electronic documentation
