About You As a key leader in our hospital, you will drive positive change and growth, shape our vision, foster an exceptional culture, and maintain high standards of care. You will partner with the practice manager and leadership team to develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide the hospital toward excellence in patient and client care, while supporting staff development. Experience & Skills Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree. State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state where hired, prior to start date. Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure. Rochester Community Animal Clinic will provide the support, tools, and resources to lead this thriving hospital. About The Hospital Rochester Community Animal Clinic (RCAC) is a high‑volume, high‑quality spay, neuter, and vaccine clinic serving Rochester, New York’s low‑income community and numerous pet rescue and adoption organizations. Our team provides individualized, compassionate care for patients and pet parents.
