Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate 13-week night shift contract. This position involves providing exceptional care and support to patients in a fast-paced environment.Schedule DetailsShift: Night shift, 6 PM to 6 AMSchedule: 3 shifts per week with every other weekend requiredOrientation and TrainingBefore your start date, you must complete the Orientation and Acknowledgement process in the facility account page files section. Orientation will include:Facility walkthrough during the first shiftAs needed shadowing for training and supportCharting and Patient CareCharting will be performed using the PCC system. You will be responsible for ensuring proper patient care with the following ratios:CNA Ratios: 1 CNA per 10 patientsNurse Ratios: 1 Nurse per 18 patientsQualificationsValid LPN or RN licenseRelevant clinical experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentIf you are interested in this opportunity and meet the qualifications, please apply as soon as possible.
