Residential Youth Counselor Location: Hampton, NH Job Id: 3162 # of Openings: 2 Pay: Up to $22/hr Schedule: Full‑time – Sunday 8am–10:30pm, Monday 2pm–10:30pm, Tuesday 2pm–10:30pm, Wednesday 12pm–2pm (Staff Meeting), 2pm–10:30pm 4-Day Work Week Paid Training & Career Growth Full Benefits Package – Health, dental, vision, PTO Overtime Opportunities What You’ll Do Mentor and support youth Teach life skills and coping strategies Provide emotional support and crisis intervention Plan recreational activities Qualifications OR 2 years experience with youth OR 7 years parenting Valid driver’s license preferred, 21+ Must pass background checks Benefits 403(b) Retirement Plan Life Insurance & Disability Coverage Wellness Programs & Telemedicine Paid Time Off & Holidays Mount Prospect Academy offers a therapeutic residential setting for at‑risk youth.
